If I were the prosecutor, Id present the statement about how he claimed he declassified them, then play the tape where he says he had not had a chance to go through the boxes, then Id show the tape where he points out that a document he is showing a journalist is classified, then Id show the extent he went to to hide the boxes from the FBI. Then Id show where he lied over and over again about the boxes.
He has undermined any defense he ever tried to use.
