That is true. What Biden did was far worse. First, he was never authorized to take any documents, unlike the President. Secondly, he didn't even know where all the documents were stashed in more than four different locations. He had many of the documents in careless places for more than a decade. Lastly, they were less than secure. In fact, ANYONE could have read them and copied them.
So, the notion that the DOJ believes it can charge a President with espionage, is beyond the pale absurd and asinine.

I care about the lack of respect for the law and the Justice Department... specifically I care about a president disrespecting the American people so much that he told the government to fuck off after he stole their property. The American Government (The people) asked politely, he told them to fuck off. They told him they knew he had documents so he gave them a few. They knew he was lying about having turned over all of them so the Justice Department sent a subpoena. He gave a few more documents. They knew he still had more and that he had hid them so the FBI got a warrant from a JUDGE. He pretended to be outraged, but they found the treasure trove... Likely not all of them but enough. They investigated further and found he showed battle plans to journalists... so they indicted him..... Now he is outraged we the people have the audacity to refuse to allow his contemp.
