I'm concern about this Trump judge appointed to the case?!! Judge Cannon can decide what evidence the prosecution can present, like the audio and written?!! And if the the prosecution does not like what she does, they will have to go to a high court, in other words Judge Cannon can slow down the pace trial against Trump?!! It could drag out into the election?!! Jack Smith want a speedy trial as in this year and there is no reason not to have it this year unless Judge Cannon intervene, if Trump did nothing wrong as he said, he should want a quick trial too?!!

Obviously I'm not an attorney, but IMO it seems the best they are going to be able to do *in court* is impugn all the witnesses and other evidence, try to claim it was illegally obtained and/or altered, and that witnesses are lying.

That's in court. Out of court, #TRE45ON will try to muster his flying monkeys and disrupt any proceedings with threats of or actual violence, IMO.

The Presidential records act does not give anyone the authority to ignore a subpoena or lie to federal agents. Arguing he is entitled to the documents does nothing to defend against the obstruction, false statements and concealing charges.

IF they are declassified then why does Trump on tape say he can't show them to people because they are secret? Why did the Trump administration argue in court that Trump can't simply say something is declassified and then it is?

The problem with the "he declassified them" argument is that then those documents are subject to FOIA requests. I doubt the government will honor any of those requests which will show the documents are still classified.

Biden stole documents as a Senator and as a VP. He kept the documents in multiple unsecured locations for decades. He did not have that right. Should he be arrested? If not, why not?

You'll be very disappointed. If the Judge follows the laws, this should be dismissed before even getting to trial. If not, it will be overturned on appeal. The precedent with Clinton was already set dipshit.

Wrong. They have precedent and the Presidential Records Act on their side. NO amount of hyperbole, innuendo and DOJ malfeasance can overcome it.

Should Biden be indicted and arrested? His crime was real and far worse. If not, why not?

It doesn't matter what anyone said. All that matters is that precedent and the PRA are on Trumps side. He was perfectly within his rights and could negotiate when and how these records get back to the archives. It isn't up to the archivist. It is up to the President.

Secondly, ONLY the President is the ultimate arbiter of what is classified or declassified. No one else in the nation has that power. Should Biden be arrested? If not, why not?

Obstruction is not complying with a subpoena and hiding the documents that were subpoenaed. The evidence is laid out with the indictment documents.

Biden was never subpoenaed and never hid documents that were required to be turned over under a subpoena.

It matters very much what Trump says since he is the one that has been indicted on a crime that requires willful intent. If Trump says he intended to keep documents he knows are classified and they were not declassified after he left office then it shows that he knew he had classified documents in his possession and his statements can be used to show he willfully committed the crime as required to make it a crime.

No, Trump is a well known and vigorous enemy of the Regime....he must be punished as a lesson to the rest that disturbances in the solidarity will not be tolerated.
