Indictment of Trump made public by DOJ

And Trump showed the highly classified documents to people who DID NOT have a 'need to know'.

I worked at the Pentagon and held a Top Secret clearance. Trump is in deep shit.

He showed documents to a writer

It’s on tape

Then says he thinks he can declassify it

It was after he was president

It’s utter proof he took classified docs

Was showing people the documents when he knew that was illegal

Keep in mind that Smith interviewed everyone in the room at the time

The writer

Aides

The man is going to die in prison

If there's no proof of that, it makes no difference what you think he intended.
But that doesn't matter. There's enough there to send him up the river for a long, long time.

A long, long time.

Trump is fucked.

Proof is up to prosecutors. But we can ask why Trump stole top secret documents about military operations.

He showed classified document on a war to some PAC idiot

And states that he should not be showing the person the document

He’s going to die in prison

Was she really all that wrong folks?

Looks like her career is headed for a comeback

'Would it be better if we just told them we don't have them?'

'This is a top secret document, I shouldn't be showing this to you'

I can't wait to hear the explanation from the right wing nutters.

Trump cannot help but indict himself. Trump: I am guilty of crimes.

Most of the right here are disinformation programs of a foreign nation or the Republican Party

They are not humans

What are Republican lawmakers saying?

Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene alleges the Department of Justice has committed “37 counts of election interference” by charging Trump 37 times.

Texas Senator Ted Cruz called the charges “an assault on democracy”. “This indictment is garbage. This is a political attack,” he said on his personal podcast.

Utah Senator Mitt Romney, who has repeatedly feuded with Trump in the past, released a scathing statement. “Trump brought these charges upon himself by not only taking classified documents, but by refusing to simply return them when given numerous opportunities to do so,” he said.

Arizona Congressman Andy Biggs tweeted "We have reached a war phase. An eye for an eye".

What i look forward to the most is that Trump really needs to take the stand and make the case himself to the jury, since his entire defense is based on his beliefs.

No defendant is forced to take the stand but this case almost uniquely requires Trump to do so to have a defense. Otherwise the laws will just be read into the record and there will be no statements of Trumps beliefs (heresy) if he is not the one making those arguments and trying to convince the jury it is a 'reasonable'.

Trump on the stand under cross examination is any lawyers dream. He will end up with 150 perjury charges by the time they are done with questioning him and even if he got off on these charges, he would then stand trial for all the perjury.

But almost certainly he would make the prosecutors case stronger ("that is Marla"..."she is not my type") while also getting 150 new perjury charges. I hope they allow camera's in so we can watch the case live.

I hope prosecutors insist on prison time for Trump.

I bet she will be implicated in the J/6 investigation

I read it, Trump is fucked.

He’s on tape showing top secret docs to a guy writing a book and to a PAC administrator… two separate occasions.

In the tape he is talking about how the document is classified and discussing with an advisor if they can get it declassified,

He ordered boxes moved to trick his lawyer into certifying that all documents were already provided.

I think he’s likely to be convicted and if he weren’t a former president would serve some time.
