So, if Biden is senile, how is it that he totally outsmarted McCarthy. Biden has now taken away Republicans ability to negotiate a budget using the threat of a government shutdown. And he gave up virtually nothing. You can tell this is true because the Freedom Caucus is losing their minds.

Biden won this one in a rout.

How'd that happen? I don't understand.

Well, they think they are geniuses and Biden is senile. But yes, it's damning with faint priase.

Because Biden is a decent man who knows how this nation functions


McCarthy couldn’t resist doing SANE government functioning

He for a moment forgot his party is full of traitors


Now he will remember when the massive death threats emerge from the right and his brethren vote him out of leadership

Rumor has it that Democrats are going to save him. I'm not sure how I feel about that, he's such a toady, but maybe he'll owe Biden and the Dems/

Even though I'm the one who suggested it (facetiously), I don't think it's damning OR faint praise.

Obviously you would have no reason to "damn" (or criticize) Biden and the praise itself is worthy of a worthwhile and not easy accomplishment.

Biden is a well seasoned politician and statesman whose Congressional history dates back to the collegial days of guys like House Speaker Tip O'Neil and Bob Dole in the Senate.

Back when there was still sanity, honor and a sense of duty to the country rather than just fealty to some extremist faction of goofballs.

Biden deserves all the praise one cares to give him.
