You can repeat bullshit till the chickens roost, but that won't make it become fact. The vast, vast majority of abortions take place, either surgically or via pharmaceuticals, shortly after the woman learns she is pregnant. There are no lungs, heart, brain, etc. at that point. Abortions performed late in pregnancy are almost always to protect the health of the woman, and/or because of fetal anomalies.
