Daniel Penny charged with manslaughter in Jordan Neely’s subway chokehold death

There were no victims on the subway. It's debatable whether he even broke any laws besides littering. He did not deserve to die and wouldn't have if not for Penny. But, hey, you don't think Bragg is doing his job correctly, so human life magically becomes less valuable and other laws, i.e. homicide/manslaughter, suddenly become irrelevant.

feel free to try Penny......you may even get a conviction......but it won't be justice........just more evidence of how fucked up lib'ruls have become......

Clearly, that's not the case....you just double down on your intellectual dishonesty/impotence. Don't fret, bunky. The FBI isn't looking for cowardly Oather/Threeper blowhards, so you can stamp your widdle feet all you want. Carry on.

clearly all you can do is leftist talking points and ignoring reality, racist pos.....go cry in the corner some more

 Another lame retort from our resident Oather/Threeper fraud, folks.

Posts #6, 40 & 68, dear readers. Proving once again that "SmarterThanYou" isn't. I leave him to his predictable retorts and rants.

The background of a thug matters.

The Penny defense fund has reached 2 million dollars.

The far left Democratic Socialists prefer to prosecute a brave young Marine who was trying to stop a mentally disturbed thug who was threatening the subway riders.

True, as in any criminal investigation and trial.

However in this case, the subject is dead from an altercation with someone WHO WAS NOT AWARE OF HIS PAST RAP SHEET. This particular case will rest on seeing ALL THE VIDEO taken and thorough cross examination of ALL witnesses and participants.

That's it...and no amount of speculation, supposition and conjecture from ANY side of the political/social fence will alter that.

Do you have no idea what would be just us, because you have not seen the evidence. You are a stupid shit who says things out of his ass, because he perceived himself to be on a team.

stupid cunt......you are describing every thread you ever started..

accidentally or negligently.......for accidentally, nothing needs to be done...

Either/or. The cop who accidentally pulled her gun rather than Taser deserved some prison time. You can't just end a life and say "oopsie. My bad. We're good, right?"

BTW when you are intentionally trying to cause someone to lose consciousness, and you end up killing them, that's kinda your fault

no seriously.....the difference between "accident" and "negligent" is whether there is responsibility.......and "intentionally" is neither "accidental" or "negligent".......just saying your an ignorant cunt.......

Right and when a person intentionally chokes out a stranger, and that person dies, that is negligent.

sorry, but that is not what "negligence per se" means.....it means that negligence depends on the facts of the case.......there is no such thing as negligence which is always negligence, regardless of fact.......

Ok, and you believe the intentionally cutting off the blood supply to someone's brain, resulting in unconsciousness, isn't negligence in itself?

There seems to be some conflicting reports on whether or not Neely threatened anyone.

Maybe on that day but not the past and be definitely had assaulted people. However the system that was supposed to protect people for threats and assault REFUSED to do its job.

BTW if as you say it's unclear if Neely was threatening anyone are you suggesting Penny just decided to put Neely in a chock hold for no reason?

I don't know exactly why Penny did what he did. Neely threatening people certainly isn't the only reason Penny may have acted.
