Does EVERY parent work? Does EVERY parent only work during school hours? I get your point but your trying to insult another poster and failing at it makes you look more stupid, if that's possible.

Is that the way you would handle a Drug problem in a school- with MORE DRUGS?
How about a problem of teenage pregnancies? More Teenage sex?

I see what you're driving at but those arent the same thing at all. Students can choose to engage in either or both. Most people don't choose to be the victim of a school shooting. An armed person walking into a school is like a person going to target practice. But how would target practice be different if the targets shot back? If a shooter had to contend with someone shooting back at them that would have to be a priority over shooting kids, teachers and administrators.

Btw I think handing out condoms in schools certainly is encouraging teenage sex.
 
I agree with STY on one thing, if only one.

Schools shouldn't be telling kids what they may use to carry their books.
Unless the municipalities want to assign each kid a sherpa to carry books,
they should mind their own fucking business.

In the early grades, back in my time, it was green canvas school bags.
As we got older, it was these little valises with handles to which most of us switched.

Eventually, it was a black leather soft briefcase,
and because I hate stuff in my pockets,
I still use them to carry my wallet, cell phone, tablet, sunglasses, keys, Cadbury bars, etc.

Now kids have those stupid backpacks which I would hate--
I didn't wear clothes that would accommodate them--
but which most kids accept today.

Banning backpacks is ridiculous.
Would they rather have the kids wearing their guns in open holsters?

Partially true. Leftists dont actually care if anyone dies, they already think there are too many people on the planet, the extent to which they care is in direct correlation to how they can use it to advance their agenda. The people and how they die is ultimately irrelevant.
