Who got up early to watch the coronation?

It must be great to live in a civilized country like the UK.

Both a King and a National Health Service---it doesn't get any better than that.

Here's His Majesty with the Sceptre and the Crown!

It's such an awesome sight.
Chuck must feel like the coolest person in the world right now; they're singing God Bless the King.

I am jealous beyond words.
Good luck, Chuck...live long and prosper!

Check out the coach that they're riding.

All gold. It takes eight huge horses to pull it, as if it were the Budweiser beer wagon, but even cooler.

I'm sure you could illegally migrate to Englandstan.

Allahu Akbar. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

Now the illiterates that I have on ignore are beginning to chip in.
No respect among the great unwashed in this country.
Class and the lack of it always reveal themselves.

So, Nifty, you believe in the royal blood mierda.

We fought a war …and won it, partially over the royal blood mierda.

Is your blood inferior to the royals?

It's pretty interesting that not many of us on JPP are watching this historic event.
They're missing a beautiful spectacle.
Our inaugurations look like a shit show in comparison.

We've got better food than they do--I'll say that much--
and that's important,
but they know how to throw a big bash with style.

There's Princess Anne [on a horse, of course].

I haven't seen her for a while.
I remember when she competed in the Olympics.

Well, I was already up...:) I did watch... until it was time to walk the dogs...priorities, you know...;)

Well, the NHS maybe. I got up early (as usual) but didn't even turn it on. Did you watch it? Was it sufficiently gaudy and ceremonial?
