None of that is true. He made a huge living spoon-feeding lies to his unevolved aging audience. He told them exactly what they wanted to hear. His emails show he did not believe what he was telling his vulpine followers. He lied for a living and you bought it. They will find someone else to tell the lies you desperately want to hear.

Are you daft, that is exactly how he made his money, telling them what they wanted to hear, playing off their gullibility and need for someone to tell them they weren’t wrong. He lost his job cause he was an arrogant ass who admitted his low opinion of his fans and his boss had had enough.

Murdoch knew he was disposable, and that he could find another demagogue to replace him, just as he did O’Reilly for Beck and Tucker for O’Reilly

Poor anchovies, you are saying what I am saying just from a different angle> I can only go from a source that has a past history with FOX and that is Megyn Kelly who insists that it was Ruper who made the decision and she feels the reason was, Carlson was not toeing the line. That is pretty obvious when you consider the fact that Carlson's show was the only one that showed the hidden tapes from Jan 6. It was barely a blip from the other commentators on the FOX network. That, plus the fact Carlson did not office in NYC, wrote his own stuff, and was a loaded cannon that could go off in a direction the management did not approve.

You are a closed mined alt leftie but I would suggest you pick up a couple of hours of Kelly's podcast and catch the information that she gleaned from her remaining insiders still working at FOX.

As for media talking heads pumping out bullshit all day long, I always enjoyed Carlson's clips of left wing talking heads from a half dozen different outlets using the exact same words to describe an event on the exact same day.
Lefties hated him, I always watched the first twenty minutes for Carlson's humor and take on the bullshit that is going on in DC.

Get back to me after you have listened to a couple of Kelly's podcasts and we can get into the real likely reasons Carlson is gone.
1. He became too powerful
2. Murdoch could not control his every word
3. He did not generate a lot of ad revenue
4. Murdoch's children will likely try to sell that network as soon as daddy tips over and ad revenue is king when you go to sell. (The old man owns four shares and each dysfunctional child has one share).

I admired the fact Carlson does not work with the assholes at FOX as he lives in Maine and Florida and is still reputed not to own a TV. He is a very smart man and will make far more money away from FOX.

Murdoch surrounds himself with arrogant people who keep getting caught. A better strategy than firing them after the get caught by the wider world is firing them before they get caught by the wider world.

Tucker is a fraud - he fooled a lot of people. I doubt he believed half of what he said, and says.

I don't see him having the same size audience, or even close to it. Fox gave him a platform he didn't earn, or deserve.

Hopefully, he'll find his way back to the truth.

Yes, Megyn Kelly who after having over 3 million viewers back a few years ago, she had/has many contacts inside for and a deep understanding of the cesspool that makes up a major media outlet.
Carlson, as do all media talking heads give their opinion. We are past the days when actual news is reported without bias.
I, love you bringing up Jan 6 and the "cherry picking" video. You show your ignorance when you ignore actual new videos from that day that were previously kept from the public. I would think you would embrace the inclusion, transparency, and diversity of previously unseen videos. I vividly remember some famous lefties here who openly admitted they refused to watch but still clung to the narrative the leftie media was shoveling, same narrative their viewers wanted to believe was true

I don't endorse the actions of the violent protesters, but I do wonder why a similar insurrection in Oct. of 2021, in which over 100 people were arrested, went untouched by the media and all you alt-lefties on this forum. Oh, thats right, they were climate activists, their violence doesn't count.
