Biden will not do debates

If he's saying there will be no Presidential Debates regardless of who is running against him then it is yet more evidence that he really does have dementia and they don't believe that they can handle the illness effectively through the debates of an election cycle.

I do believe he does have dementia, and that our "real" President is a handful of handlers who write his script for him and get him to say it when he's in his functional hours or after a medication cocktail that can get him to function for a bit. But I think that it is still capable of being handled at this time. But if he's just putting a lid on any debate at all without regard to the consequences... Well, I don't think the US voters are being served well at all by this.

I'd say the same thing about him, but he isn't afraid to debate the D nominee. As I noted. If he's just saying he won't debate during the Primary cycle I get that... I don't like it much, but I get it. But if he says he won't debate the R running against him, then we are ill served by a man with dementia.

Right now, just for the primary. But I'd expect the DNC to want to keep him out of any debate if he's their candidate. I think if he is they will try to run another stealth campaign with Biden making as few appearances as possible and only speaking under very scripted, brief, and staged conditions.
 
remember when the demmycrats thought it was important to disclose tax returns?........now they're running a candidate who won't even discuss his ideas in public......

I can't think of a single incumbent sitting president who debated primary opponents in his party's nomination process, in my adult life. A very simple and basic rule of politics 101 is not to debate people who are 30 or 40 percentage points behind you in polling data.

Biden isn't even going to debate other Democrats in the primaries this time around.

There is no democracy. The United States was never a democracy. Democracies have no constitution and no representatives. The current government at the national level is an oligarchy.
