Fox caves

According to analysis by the Washington Post, Mr Trump made 30,573 false or misleading claims between his first day in office, on 20 January 2017, and his final day on Wednesday, when Joe Biden was sworn in as the country’s next president.

The WAPO has lied 30,574 times.

The Washington Post…too funny.

I would guess that the 30,000++ lies that trump told, palls in comparison to the daily, minute by minute, lies spewed by Handjob, AKA Earl, amongst many others.

You guessed wrong, pendejo/a.

The correct verb is pales…you lied.

Earl, you are too willing to believe what suits your agenda, rather then the truth.

Fox offered Dominion a settlement which was apparently accepted.

Clearly Fox did not want their litany of lies to be dragged into the limelight of a trial.

Fox still has got the Smartmatic $2.7 lawsuit to contend with, and this doesn't stop the special master investigation for withholding evidence during the discovery process, so Fox still has got plenty of issues on their plate.

True....and also an investor suit is likely to follow which, IMO, would result in a Fox regime change:

Exclusive: Fox investors seek records in possible step toward suing directors
Fox Corp shareholders are demanding company records that may show whether directors and executives properly oversaw Fox News' coverage of former President Donald Trump's election-rigging claims, sources told Reuters, in what could be a prelude to lawsuits seeking to make directors liable for costs.

An edit:

The settlement will allow CNN to avoid a lengthy and potentially unpredictable trial. Sandmann sought $275 million in damages in the lawsuit he filed against CNN last March.”

Too funny.

Fox lies to their viewers regularly. And everyone now knows that they lie to their viewers regularly.

Yay for Fox.

yes...in Wisconsin......why don't you know that?.......

Because I'm not obsessed with digging up reasons why He Who Can Never Lose lost. :)

I think this must be the case you have in mind, because it's the only one the Trumpsters won. The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that "...the presence of a communicable disease such as COVID-19, in and of itself, does not entitle all electors in Wisconsin to obtain an absentee ballot." :dunno:
