Gun owners biggest fear realized, the kid wearing the hoodie at the door

the homeowner has to to pay for his crimes. ringing a door bell is not a stand your ground offense

edit to add - we all seem to be rushing to conclusions here - myself included

"Because of the teen’s injuries, Graves said, police haven’t been able to get a victim statement."

We do not know what transpired.

Yeah but with that right comes some expectation that you wont just assume your life is in danger any time someone RINGS YOUR DOORBELL.

And the homeowners right to be left alone. See you people only ever see an issue from only one side, yours. Another reason I have contempt for leftists.

A GoFundMe to help pay for the boy’s medical bills, launched by a woman who identified herself as Ralph’s aunt, describes 16-year-old Ralph as a “fantastic kid”.

“At school, he is a member of the Technology Student Association and Science Olympia Team. Jazz and competition band. He is a section leader in the marching band; a scholar and one of the top base clarinet players in Missouri. He recently earned Missouri All-State Band recognition with an honorable mention. He plays multiple instruments in the metropolitan youth orchestra. He is a 2022 Missouri scholar academy alumni. Ralph can often be found with a musical instrument. He loves them all,” it reads.

“Last summer, Ralph attended Missouri Scholar’s Academy, where he got a full college life experience. His goal is to attend Texas A&M to major in chemical Engineering.

Will you be diverting some of your monthly BDS payment away from Al Qaeda and over to race hustler Benny Crump through this "Go Fuck Me" page?

Especially if a kid wearing a hoodie mistakenly appears and that is your greatest fear, why you have to keep the weapon locked and loaded

What is wrong with you, Anchovies?

Why would anyone fear a person with a hoodie? I wear one when needed.

Some advice, if your weapon isn’t locked and loaded with a round in the chamber, when you need it in a hurry, you will become just another crime victim statistic.

First of all you people think everything you want to do is a right. But let's concede for a moment you have that right, a homeowner has a right to protect their home.

No where else in the world do you have the right to gun down people for trespassing. Self defense is restricted everywhere else to defense of self, or other people, not defense of property lines.

And this kid was not trespassing. He was obeying the rules, going up to a door, and ringing the bell. He did everything right, and still was gunned down.

Exactly. We have gotten to the point that people can just commit attempted murder on Black teens for knocking on the door.

Nope.

There is a repeating pattern to stories like this, you fascists pimp them up, then in a few days they just vanish.

Why do they vanish? Because the facts come out, and the facts rarely have any resemblance to the fable told by the DNC media.

We have no idea what happened - we don't have any statement from the homeowner. All we have is poverty pimp and race hustler Benny Crump, who is a notorious lowlife.

Cool so I'll shoot the next JW that comes to my house. Hell maybe I'll pick them off as they step on my lawn. Maybe I'll knock out a couple of my teeth, get a big jug with "XXX" on it and shout "THIS HERE'S MAH PROPERTY!!!" *spittoon ding* as I do it.

You have no clue as to whether the boy was shot for trespassing.

The police are still investigating and you race pimps are out in force, fanning the flames.

Get a clue, Walter.

You're not "everywhere else" are you?

Well technically he was trespassing since he had ni business there.

So you have no clue.

Is ringing a doorbell punishable by death? Do you or do you not have an expectation when you knock or ring a doorbell?

Yeah I have a clue and I told you, he can protect his home from whatever he likes. It doesn't need to make sense to you.

The kids not dead first if all. Second of all the homeowner broke no law.

Maybe.

He was picking up his younger brother, which is business there. Besides, there is no business requirement to go to someone's front door. I can visit a friend's house, even if I am not conducting business with him.

We have a right to go to the front door and knock on the door. If the home owner does not wish us to be there, he must inform us of that, and give us reasonable time to leave the property. It is not trespassing unless we refuse to leave.
