So, ah, what’s the big deal? Catholic Churches ring their bells three times a day for the Angelus, and other Christian Churches do something similar nearly daily

And other than you, and your British tabloid, it doesn’t seem to bother the people of Minneapolis:

There are many cities that allow church bells to ring throughout the day. Christian churches have the same religious freedom as everybody else.

(you can do better than JBL)

I used to live in an apartment right next to a church. Sunday was the only day I had to catch up on my sleep, and there they were ringing that stupid bell. But it is their thing, so I did not complain.

Strange, in Brooklyn we used to hear the Muslim call to prayer, no big deal as Muslims and Jews lived in close proximity, peacefully

What some people do not understand is that Jews and Muslims get along well... In the USA, as long as we do not bring up the Middle East.

Soooooooooo,......a group of UN ambassadors were flying over the Atlantic one night when the plane was hit with massive engine failure. Finally,....A big burly old Texan steps up and says......." Remember the Alamo!" And he threw the fuckin Mexican out! :)

Ohh, getting a little testy? I said IF. I put no words in your mouth. There's a Loud siren (fire whistle) that blows from a fire company every evening at 5:00 PM in town. Has done it as long as I can remember. Nobody complains, which is my point.

I've already said that they could broadcast the chants over the radio or internet, so why won't they do that?

I wonder how long before Little Mogadishu becomes a reality?

How long before they demand Sharia Law, it will happen you'll see. You usually need to get to over 5% of the population being Muslim before the militants come out to play.
