So that is the reason Bill lost his law license and ended up paying Paula Jones 850K because he didn't lie under oath and didn't sexually assault Paula Jones. :thinking: Who knew :dunno:

The Georgia "case" is another nothing burger. The document case is more problematic but if they go after Trump Biden is just as guilty. Biden smuggled classified documents out of a SCIF when he was a Senator.

My bad I meant found guilty. That is the most important thing. When Trump ultimately wins it will just solidify the fact that this is a political prosecution.

If they were a big deal, they would have charged her. Her documents were a regulatory problem, not a legal one. It was mishandling classified info on a server, which was an unknown problem before her. The technology was quite new. The Repubs held the house and came up empty. Does that tell you nothing?

Look, Smarter and I are never going to agree on why Libertarian fails as a political party.

If we were all robots, it would work fine, but we are human and humans err, and there is just no way you can trust humans to abide with a Libertarian rule over us all. No Sir, the Government is here to stay, and You and I can argue about how much Government we want in out lives, and what we are wanting to pay for through taxes, and etc.

But, at least you and I could have an intelligent conversation about it. Smarter is unable to have an intelligent conversation about it, because right out of the gate- HE WANTS TO END GOVERNMENT- and that is impossible.

But, you deal with him OK! I no longer think it is wise to even try to reason with him.
 
The problem with libertarians is that they are not consistent. The majority are fiscally libertarian and socially Conservatives.

If we has a group of consistent libertarians they would be powerful.

I doubt it. Most voters will consider trump corrupt from now until the end of time. he has a good chance at a hung jury, and some chance at a dismissal, but neither of those will equate to innocent in the minds of most voters.

trump does have a good chance with most Republican primary voters.

Those are civil and professional sanctions, not criminal convictions.
