Nope it is if that was a campaign contribution or not. If an expense would have been paid even if there wasn't an election. Trump would have gladly paid the expense to prevent the alleged affair from being exposed to Melania, his family, and damage to his Trump brand. There is no FEC violation and the other "book keeping" charges are misdemeanors and their statute of limitations have expired.

Well if you have Bragg with an incorrect understanding of FEC law eplaining the law incorrectly to them it isn't surprising that 12 out of 23 would decide that. :laugh: Brady Smith a former FEC Chairman a current FEC law professor say it was not a FEC violation. I trust him more than a Democrat DA that campaigned on getting Trump. :laugh: The FEC never went after Trump because it was never a FEC violation.

You are a slow learner, so let's say this again. Not a single piece of evidence has been released and will not be until discovery. An indictment always is accompanied by evidence, but I guarantee you wont believe a word of it. Who fucking cares what your kind thinks.
