Soros little dog Bragg took entirely legal payments in regard to a perfectly legal NDA - claimed that they were "misclassified" in the general ledger as "Attorney Fees" and claimed that an accounting error is criminal.
BUT that's not all. See, at the WORST this could be a misdemeanor - IF Bragg could prove that the misclassification were intended to defraud. The question is whom Bragg claims was defrauded? He doesn't bother to say. BUT there is a 5 year statute of limitations, and Bragg claims the accounting error was 7 years ago? What the fuck? Ah, but Soros isn't constrained by little things like law - no he says that since Orange Man Bad, the SOL doesn't apply to him.
