These are federal crimes.

My problem with many on JPP is they insist that if a person is not charged with a crime that person is innocent. That is total Bull shit. Look at Capone he committed many crimes including having people murdered but he was only convicted of tax evasion. Was he innocent of the crimes he wasn't charged with?

If Trump can squiggle out of his legal problems, GOOD FOR HIM!

I may not agree with the outcome, but I accept whatever decisions are made in the courtrooms, as he goes through his due process.

For instance, I do not think Stormy Daniels was treated fairly in recent decisions made by the court, but I will accept them.
