Of course I will honor statute of limitations with Trump even though he didn't honor them when he tried to sue Hillary.
State crimes are not subject to Federal statute of limitations. The Manhattan DA can't charge a federal crime and since he can't charge a federal crime any crime he charges is subject to state statute of limitations.

Because if DACA applicants were granted US Citizenship- they would instantly become eligible to vote.

And, because the Republicans have been such bitter enemies and obstructionists to the DACA program, which way do you think DACA applicants would likely vote in upcoming elections should they ever become citizens?

Folks, this is how the Republican party finds themselves victims to their own Catch 22's they create for themselves for being such a PARTY OF HATE and UGLY AMERICANS!! And they wonder why they can't win National Elections anymore, and has resorted to making up the excuse that the Democrats are cheating in elections. But yet, when we learn who is actually trying to cheat in elections, DONALD TRUMP IS THE ONE WHO IS TRYING TO CHEAT IN ELECTIONS- Even tried to overthrow the 2020 election. AND HE IS THE LEADER OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY!

And this is why the Democrat party is continually growing because they are such Responsible Humanitarians and Americans!

The difference between Democrats and Republicans is like the difference between Night And Day, and why it is such an easy choice for me come election day to pull a straight Democrat Ticket!

In fact, with charges to a twice impeached, thoroughly disgraced ex-president who never got the most votes, you still have to be very careful to charge the rich and powerful. Bragg would not have this case go forward without certainty that the charges would stick.

Really? This is a slam dunk case. Those who followed his orders did time for it. You are searching for someone to say Trump is not a criminal. He is one though. While I fully agree that a serious crime was committed, it hardly rose to the level of anyone being imprisoned.
Cohen's disbarment and fine were probably appropriate.
His incarceration was nothing less than a ridiculous over-reach.

As for the charges against Trump, I admittedly haven't seen them.
