I don't think it's BS. If I made a claim that he is exactly like Hitler, sure.

But I started the thread after watching a documentary on Hitler. I've seen a lot of stuff on that guy, but it was just striking to me how similar the 2 were in some ways. I mean, how could you argue that Trump has a similar Messianic complex? "I alone can fix it" - and he has said a variation of that many times. Similar narcissism, similar demands for loyalty. Both men thrive on pitting groups against one another, and playing to the fears and grievances of their supporters.

They are both master manipulators of the mass psyche. It's something I'm morbidly fascinated with.

But again - I'm not saying they're exactly alike. Obviously, they are not. Hitler had a major obsession with prejudicial hate for certain groups of people (mainly, German Jews), and was obviously a genocidal maniac, which Trump is not.

Well, I have my own problems w/ the Dems. I don't see that comparison quite as much, though. Obviously, both parties engage in a lot of propaganda and misdirection, which were hallmarks of Nazi rule.

I'd like BOTH parties to move away from the crazies. The parties have always had their fringes, but they were kept out of the inner circle more in the past.

You are correct. Trump is not exactly like Hitler. Hitler styled his hair much differently from Hitler. But other than that, the match-up comes very close to being identical.

No, I said here at JPP before the election, starting I think in SEP, that Biden fronts for a revolution. The Cabinet does not work for us, America, or the Constitution....they work for the Revolution.
