OK. They find a pound of cocaine in my garage. I say I don't know when/how long it was there. I didn't know it was there. I don't know who put it there. I go free?

Biden and Pence immediately cooperated, Trump lied and stalled.

There has been a slew of people giving depositions about how Trump handled classified material. Trump's own statements will hurt him. The funniest one was his being able to declassify material by thinking about it. LOL

Knowing or not doesn't matter. Having classified material in your constructive possession where they shouldn't be is enough for charges.

So you agree that, in comparison, Trump's crimes were worse than Biden's, Pence's and Hillary's? After all, there's the initial crime and then there's the level of degree of offense(s).

What penalty would you recommend for each?
 
Trump de-classified the documents, no case.

The custody case is a misdemeanor.

Trump will not be prosecuted because what Biden did is far worse.

He was VP when he stole the documents, he had no authority to take them to his home, garage, Corvette or all over DC.

No. As far as classified documents go, all four are equally culpable for the same crime. I would say, given the offense and what I've seen others get for it, all four would be found guilty of a low-level felony and get a bit over a year with a year of probation, and a fine of between one and five thousand dollars.
