I haven't kept up on why Cohen went to jail but agree similar crimes apply to his boss.

While I doubt Trump will go to prison, I strongly suspect his financial empire will be dismantled and used to pay off fines and those he's harmed.
He won't go to prison for this. For some reason the Republican dominated FEC opted to drop the glaring campaign finance crime here. It's probably not up to NY to address that. I think these nuisance cases will get little snippets on the record to be used at a later date in a broader case.

Not that I really care, because I don't give a shit about Trump, but I love how anything Trump provokes the Left into fits of spittle frothing hysteria. My guess based on the track record to date is this is just one more

you have to admire the leftwingers devotion to attacking anyone that runs afoul of their liberal/socialist agenda using government as a weapon, even though they clearly don't understand the legalities of it all...........only wailing about the failure of their efforts by saying that those making the decisions are just corrupt or incompetent.............like all the leftists here did with the rittenhouse trial..........

Dropped charges are not the same as failure to convict. Not a lawyer, but some charges can be picked back up again when more evidence is found. Cases can be reopened.

That's a lie. He had nothing to do with the organizing of that protest.

Are you really that deluded, old man, or are you just a fat liar? The evidence on JPP indicates you are deluded; out of touch with reality.

Trump tweet about ‘wild’ protest energized extremists
Members of the far-right Oath Keepers were ecstatic when then-President Donald Trump invited supporters to a “wild” protest in Washington on Jan. 6, 2021, when Congress would be certifying the results of the 2020 election, according to messages shown Thursday during the seditious conspiracy trial for the militia group’s founder and four associates.

During an FBI agent’s testimony, jurors saw a string of online posts that Oath Keepers members in Florida exchanged after Trump’s tweet on Dec. 19, 2020, about a “big protest” at the upcoming joint session of Congress on Jan. 6. “Be there, will be wild!” Trump said.

“He wants us to make it WILD,” Kelly Meggs, an Oath Keepers leader from Dunnellon, Florida, wrote in a message to other group members. “He called us all to the Capitol and wants us to make it wild!!! Sir Yes Sir!!!”

Trump’s words appeared to energize Oath Keepers members. They used an encrypted messaging app to discuss their plans to be in the nation’s capital on Jan. 6, when, after a Trump rally near the White House, a mob stormed the Capitol and disrupted Congress from certifying Democrat Joe Biden’s victory over the Republican incumbent.

“These will be flying Jan. 6 in front of the Capitol,” Meggs wrote in a post that included the image of an Oath Keepers flag.

Terrorist attack? You're the most moronic liar on the forum shit-for-brains. :palm:

Triggered Dummy doesn't believe a violent assault on Congress by WSE terrorists is a terrorist attack.

Receiving in kind campaign contributions without paying for them is against the FEC laws. The Biden campaign received in kind campaign contributions when Twitter and Facebook blocked the Hunter laptop story to protect the Biden campaign.

Convict all criminals. Why do you have a problem with that, ExLax?

12B bet? Monetary donation to JPP in the winner's name bet?

We can agree Pedo Don isn't going to prison over this. At worst, probably a misdemeanor conviction. The other charges against him are much more serious.

12b snowflake. They will never convict on these charges.

Thanks for the backpedal, Trump Dummy. That's not what you said before:

The charges and the claims are ludicrous and will be laughed out of the courtroom.

Even if Trump was convicted, and there's a fair chance he will be, it's a misdemeanor. He'll never go to prison over it. Fines, yes. Prison, no.

In fact, I strongly doubt Pedo Don will ever see the inside of a prison, not even to visit Junior. His crimes, however, will most certainly cost him his fortune.

Right in front of your face. Bur first you must open your eyes and have a brain. :palm:

What lies dimb bulb. Did Fauci lie? Yes or no? :palm:
If you truly believed that was so, then why fear me?

The fact you won't admit Trump lied about COVID is all anyone needs to know about you, old man.
