There are very limited exceptions that appear to only be available to a Canadian citizen to protect their property.

It was a small hog 30-40 pounds. He shot from a blind about 30 feet away. He shot it right between the eyes and it dropped like a rock. My brother has one also with a nice scope on it. We float clay pigeons in his pond and shoot them from 100 feet away. It is very accurate.
