If not for Trump, this train would have had an emergency braking system. But Trump decided that was too much regulation. And you all agreed with him.
This is what happens when you deregulate. Learn from it. Or continue to be a fucking moron.
How are you ever going to convince retards and hypocrites that REGULATIONS ARE PUT IN PLACE FOR A REASON?
One political party has the Best interest of everyone's safety concerns in mind, in terms of public safety, when they see a need for a regulation.
And then you have the other party, that only wants regulations in place, when they have a need to protect a SPECIAL INTEREST OR POLITICAL NARRATIVE.
Let's take the 2nd Amendment as an example of how both political parties view the term REGULATED!
2nd Amendment- A
well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The words
well regulated is right there, right up front, in the Amendment, BUT IS TOTALLY IGNORED by the Republican Party. It even goes so far to say,
A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE that is also
totally ignored by the Republican Party.
But, even though this explicit wording stated clearly and in detail, leaving no room for confusion or doubt, mandate portion of the amendment precedes the continuation of the amendment clause, as the only part that ever registers to a REPUBLICAN is the continuing 2nd half of the Amendment text-
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
It clearly is an example of how one party only reads and believes in only parts of our Constitution, the parts that only serve their special interests!
It is also clear proof that even these self professed Textualists that have served on our Supreme Court and now dominate our Supreme Court, all intentionally planted there by the Republican party, are in fact the most Hypocritical and dangerous ANTI-Constitution legal authorities in our land- as they intentionally ignore the parts of the Constitution that do not play into the Political Narratives of the Republican Party that put them there in the first place.
