Will you watch it? I don't particularly care about the female pilots (good for them by the way), but I am looking forward to hearing the Black National Anthem.
Of the 32 most watched TV broadcasts in history, 30 of them are Super Bowls. The MASH finale took 9th place. A presidential debate in 2016 was 32nd. I'm not sure what you're so bitter about, but, "Nobody gives a shit about the Super Bowl," is ridiculously false.
It matters because this is the 50th anniversary of women flying in the U.S. Navy, so for the first time, four women will perform the flyover at the Super Bowl. How is this all going over your head?

I agree as a general proposition it's better to leave physical work to men and mental work to women but flying jets is well within a woman's physical abilities.
