Because Quid Pro had them as a Senator - there was no possible reason for him to have them - except that he was selling them to America's enemies.

Presidents have a need to have documents - we now know that Obama had classified and secret documents too - but he was president so I cut him - as CIC - some slack - besides, Obama had the authority to declassify them at will.

But Bought and Paid For Biden, as a Senator - had ZERO legal authority to ever possess the documents he had hidden. Even those he stole as VP have no justification - he was not CiC.

FAR worse than what Bush the eviler, Clinton, Bush the lesser, Obama, and Trump had.
