Berger was fined for that. Patereaus was fined for giving top Secret information to his girlfriend/journalist. twump, who lied about having the docs and lied about returning them has yet to face any consequences.

You believe twump's lie that "presidents can declassify documents by thinking about them". If there were true then why did twump have his lawyer sign an affidavit that all had been returned if they were truly declassified and his?

I don't understand why you won't answer why twump lied about returning them and even got his own atty in trouble by having her sign an affidavit they were returned. And why twump lied about the FBI planting them. What's most bizarre is you believe twump's lie about his power to declassify the docs by just thinking about them.

So, either address those things or admit you're trolling.

Why would Trump illegally take classified documents when he had the power to declassify them. Obviously if Trump shipped them to Maga A Lago he declassified them. Trump declassified everything associated Russiagate. He told the DNI he could show the public any thing he wanted to. So they all were declassified.

How do you know he didn't remove them BEFORE he left office. It was Biden's responsibility to return the Classified documents he had before he let aides pack his office. PLUS he had classified documents from his days as a Senator. Those had to be purposely smuggled out of a SCIF.
