Well, a lot of folks think that if you live in a cloudy area solar won't work. I live in the PNW. Solar works fine for me all year long. And we have rainy grey days most days for 6 months outta the year.

Not enough to matter. I live in the PNW so we get cloudy days a HUGE amount of the year. I maintain a month-over-month surplus of about 1000kWh every month. I've only had to pay an electricity bill maybe 3 times in the past 7 years.

With regard to the children in the Congo working in horrendous conditions to mine up the cobalt for the precious solar panels and especially for the precious EVs, believe me...
