No. It's not ' speculation, supposition and conjecture ' that Russian tactical nukes exist, probably many hundreds and that such nukes are intended for battlefield deployment if Russia is faced with an existential threat . It IS wishful thinking to believe that they are ornaments with no intended purpose or that, if they were used against non-NATO Ukraine and NATO reacted directly against Russia then that aggression would not result in WW3.
Of course, neither you nor I can be certain- but I prefer the reasoning of caution.

The 2014 US-led coup is recorded history. I shouldn't bother attempting to shrug off that particular massive blunder.

I didn't say that the Russian nuke arsenal (i.e. tac nukes, build up) doesn't exist.....I merely object to your speculation, supposition and conjecture regarding the situation forth with.

The Russians made it unequivocally clear at the time that they viewed this as an existential threat, and they drew a line in the sand. Nevertheless, what has happened with the passage of time is that we have moved forward to include Ukraine in the West to make Ukraine a Western bulwark on Russia’s border. Of course, this includes more than just nato expansion. nato expansion is the heart of the strategy, but it includes E.U. expansion as well, and it includes turning Ukraine into a pro-American liberal democracy, and, from a Russian perspective, this is an existential threat.

A US-led coup, the arming of Ukraine, the Western purchase of vast areas of Ukrainian agriculture, the Ukrainian neo-Nazi shelling of pro-Russian regions for eight years and Biden's determination to comply with demands to destroy the commercial relationships between Russia and the EU.
