“TSA confiscated record number of guns from airline passengers in 2022”

That is not a real fallacy, you just made it up.

You do that all the time here, you just make shit up because you believe in nothing.

Google fallacies and you'll get numerous sites that give you lists of umpteen fallacies, that is what he does, pulls one of the list and throws in, often, actually more than often, 100% incorrectly

Discard of logic. You don't even know what a fallacy is.
They are YOUR fallacies.

I think you understand the fact that it's not freedom to have to comply with guns; and I think you also understand the fact that it's not freedom to have to get a gun so you can create conflict around that compliance.

All of that shit is oppression, and it's borne out of PTSD; we have become so traumatized by guns that so many have the ridiculous belief that they keep people safe when all they do is raise the stakes and force compliance at gunpoint in the best case, or result in a mass shooting in the worst.

People shooting at each other everywhere is not an indication of a free society.

And then telling traumatized people to go buy the thing that traumatized them is deeply cynical and wholly capitalist.

you are most certainly not free if you are forced to rely on unaccountable government agents for your protection

if the people are really in charge, then governments do not have rights, they only have prescribed powers per the Constitution

All governments have the inherent right of self defense. This right is absolute. It does not matter if the government is a republic, a dictatorship, an oligarchhy, or a democracy. The Constitution makes no difference here. Governments defend themselves by forming militias (armies).

All people have the inherent right of self defense...even prisoners...even children. That right is also absolute. No government can take it away, no matter how oppressive they may get.

The 2nd amendment clearly mentions these two cases of the right of self defense. It clearly forms an agreement among the States of the Union to not infringe on this right in any way.

You fucking fascist...government exist only on the consent of the governed....this is what the Declaration of Independence was all about.

and to the founders, well regulated meant in good working order, not government controlled

The phrase 'well regulated' means 'organized', or to be made 'regular'. That means an army. An organized militia, regularized by an organization (in this case the State governments).
It is the right of a free State to form a militia. That's an army. It is organized by the State to defend the State. The commander of that army is the governor of that State.

You do not need to be a member of a militia to be part of the people or to be an individual. All individuals (the people) have the right to bear arms. All individuals have the inherent right of self defense. It is absolute.

The general population consists of many people, many of which have never served in any army or militia and never received any military training at all. Yet, they have the right of self defense. They have the right to keep and bear arms. That means a weapon. ANY kind of weapon, including any type of gun.

None of this matters, the Constitution is dead.

It was murder.

Fascism is not a form of government. ALL governments exist only on the consent of the governed, even dictatorships.
Of course, the only way to remove a dictatorship is a revolt...probably a violent one. No dictator can withstand a revolt of the general population. Such far outnumber any armies the dictator can possibly raise, and the army itself may become disloyal.

The Declaration of Independence was not about consent of the governed (other than noting it). It was about declaring independence from Britain, at the time a dictatorship, and the reasons for doing so.

I do not support fascism. I support capitalism.
I do not support dictatorships, oligarchies, or democracies. I support a republic as a form of government. I support the Constitution of the United States and the constitutions of every State.
I support anyone that upholds them (not those that despise these documents and tries to hide behind them).

No government can take away the right of self defense, no matter how oppressive.

I think you don't understand what the word 'fascism' means, since you used it as a buzzword.

Fascism is government manipulation of markets. It is a form of socialism. It is theft. Anytime any government tells a business what it's allowed to sell, when it can sell it, who it must buy it's raw materials from, who it must hire, who it must fire, or anytime a business receives welfare to produce it's product while another business does not, is fascism.

Communism is government ownership of markets. There the government outright OWNS the business or the entire market.

Both are forms of theft. Both occur in every nation, including America.

Fascism is government by deception, our current existence.
