So because Biden returned the documents he stole 6 years ago after he store them in four different places and he exposed them to movers , janitors, maids and who knows else. No foul no harm right.

Don't be a douche. Biden didn't even have to disclose he had them. The archives didn't even know they were missing. twump on the other hand refused to return them when the archives asked for them.

First off, who said anything about exposing them to maids and janitors, secondly, weren’t stolen, rather not returned, and yes, he did not lie about them, fight to keep them, but rather returned to them voluntarily, just one of the major differences.

And as stated, using the right’s arguement with the Mueller Report, if he didn’t know he was violating a law he isn’t guilty

Despite the discovery of classified materials, there is no indication Biden himself was aware of the existence of the records before they were turned over. The records were turned over quickly, without any intent to conceal.

Trump on the other hand knew of the documents, and even obstructed and lied in a protracted battle to retrieve the documents.

As the MAGA militia loves to cite from the Mueller Report, if there wasn’t malice nor intent, or even knowledge that a law may have been broken, there is no crime. Can’t say the same for Donnie

I must must admit it's quite unusual to see a leftist do the right thing. It rarely happens. It's so rare in fact that I dont actually believe Brandon and his people did it because it is the right thing to do. I suspect, and justifiably so, they perceive there is a political advantage that can be gained from it. Knowing abiut this in November and keepi gnit white until now tells the real story.
