The former CFO of the Trump Organization is on his way to RIKERS ISLAND PRISON.

Progress!

Prison must really suck.
They can't let the bastard run around freely among decent people, of course, but they could at least euthanize him rather than stick him in a filthy cage.
That's vengeance, not justice, and while I believe in personal vengeance, vengeance isn't a proper state function.

What would you consider justice?

The guilty should not be punished? he got off with a terribly light sentence as it is.

Guilt presumes free will
which may possibly exist
but has not been scientifically proven and thus cannot be assumed.

Humane euthanasia is the just way to cull the morally deficient.
It's not punishment but merely expediency.

The only problem with Weisselberg's sentence is that it's just for five months, and not five years.

5 months in Rikers will be like 5 years to him

I would imagine the CFO will be in the minimum security section of Riker's, he is a white collar criminal too?!!

They have three levels of security at Riker's, minimum, medium, and maximum?!! It's still is a bad place and should be shut down!

Rikers Island prison has ten different facilities. Otis Bantum Correctional Center, Anna M. Kross Center, George Motchan Detention Center, and George R. Vierno Center hold detained adult males. Eric M. Taylor Center holds sentenced male adolescents and adults, and Robert N. Davoren Complex houses mostly males between 16 and 18 years of age. Rose M. Singer Center houses sentenced adolescent and adult females. North Infirmary Command houses prisoners in need of medical attention, and West Facility houses inmates with contagious diseases. There is also a prison barge associated with the Rikers Island complex, the Vernon C. Bain Center, which holds 800 beds and houses medium to maximum security prisoners.

This prison can only be accessed by the unmarked Francis Buono Bridge in Queens. The complex, which has been called the world's largest penal colony,

The CFO will be in the cushy end of the facility with good living conditions . Money talks bitches! Sorry to deny you of your libtard revenge dreams. COPE...
