DOJ reviewing classified documents found at Joe Biden's private office

Do not get me wrong, if evidence comes out that Biden knew those documents were in the closet All along, I think he should be prosecuted if he refuses to hand them over when asked, I think his sentence should be much worse.

Intent, motive, and cooperation, after the fact all matter

Did he deny that he had them for over a year?

Did he send teams of lawyers to his uninvolved judge friend to get her to help her hide them?


Did he then brag about that they BELONGED TO HIM?



Did he entertain foreign entities in the rooms adjacent to that closet?



Did spies get caught hanging around in that office?



Did higher courts send his lawyers packing?



Did those courts demean the actions of his uninvolved judge friend?

What the fuck do you think should happen when someone breaks the law? So the imbecile had classified documents stashed in a closet for God knows how long and if he says "oopsie" everythings fine? How many other places has that dimwitted fuck left classified files???? Who has has access to them? This is why you can't be treated with respect.

Depends on if he knew the documents were there or not, and if he cooperated when it was suspected that they were there. If Biden tried to hide them after being told they were there, that matters.

For once in your life, try to be intellectually honest.

He probably was selling national secrets to the CCP who is heavily involved with the University of Penn.

It’s not a crime if they are turned over the second they are found



You see the archive was missing nothing


In the trump case the archives noticed documents were taken


They asked for them back from Trump all respectful like


Trump lied and said he didn’t have them


They asked if they could look through his boxes of what he did take


He said no and lawyered up


Months of begging for cooperation were met with lies and lawyers


Until the raided and indeed found them there


In this case Biden lawyers found them in a locked closet in a secured office that was being emptied because they didn’t need that office anymore


Those lawyers turn them over that same day

The archives said oh it’s OK we will pick them up tomorrow they were so I sensed about the lack of cooperation from them

“Joke”


Now if Trump had discovered that he accidentally boxed up secret stuff and flew it to his home and asked the At hive to come get them he would have got the same treatment


But that not what HE DID
