You know nothing about having a clearance and the responsibility that goes with it. Biden had classified documents in an area where they were not supposed to be. That is a criminal violation on handling classified documents. They were discovered by people that didn't have a clearance who called authorities. If Biden wasn't in the position he is in politically, he'd have been arrested and charged. He is getting of on what might be termed 'Noble privilege.'

I will like to see me evidence suggesting what Biden knew or did not know, but as I have said in the past, if Trump ended up with classified evidence accidently in the confusion of departing from the White House I could absolutly understand that and think it should go no further than retrieving that evidence.

If however, there is any evidence he intentionally did it, and since he refused to respond to a request for them back, and did not respond to a subpoena, I think they should throw the book at him.

Can you see the difference? You defend what Trump did, and based on what we know, it was MUCH worse that unknowingly having documents.

Was Biden able to declassify documents was he covered by the Presidential Documents Act? No he was he left them exposed in a facility that is hugely influenced by the CCP.

So, with your opinion that they should both be prosecuted? If someone is shopping in a store and under their cart, they put an item for sale, but when checking out, accidentally walked outside, having not paid for it, when the clerk comes out and says hey, you didn’t pay for that, if their responses is, "oh I’m sorry, let me come right in and pay for it", should they be prosecuted?

If, on the other hand, when the clerk comes out, they run, should they be prosecuted for shoplifting?
