Trump should have been saying this two years ago. The murder of ashli was the only crime at the j6 rally. The hundreds of people that have been arrested and held in jail for years were guilty of nothing more than trespassing if that. After all the capitol building is THE PEOPLE'S HOUSE.

jan 8 2023 Donald Trump marked the two-year anniversary of the January 6 Capitol riot by accusing a “lunatic” police officer of shooting protester Ashli Babbitt “for no reason” and reiterating his false claims about a stolen 2020 election.

On Saturday, Mr Trump gave a speech at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, as part of an event surrounding the conservative CPAC conference.

During his remarks, the former president referenced Babbitt, a right-wing demonstrator who was shot and killed by police during January 6 as she attempted to climb through a window into the Capitol, and the recent arrest of Babbitt’s mother at a January 6 commemoration in Washington

“Ashli Babbitt’s mother was arrested yesterday because she was protesting the death of her daughter being shot by a lunatic,” Mr Trump said.

“So she loses her daughter and then on top of it she gets arrested and we are not going to let this go on,” Mr Trump added. “These people are horrible, horrible people. What they’ve done to protesters. These are protesters. They were protesting a dishonest election.”

Trump is right. "They were protesting a dishonest election.” But that is not allowed in america today though it certainly was ok for dems to say the 2016 election was stolen!!!

I wouldn't call Byrd a "lunatic." I'd call him incompetent, an imbecile, a hack, and the like. My bet is he was hired and promoted solely on the basis of affirmative action and well beyond his level of incompetence. After all, we know he had previous instances of fucking up big time on the job like leaving his service arm in a bathroom. That takes some major levels of stupid to occur.
 
Trump needs to say what the j6 riots were about. Team trump was scheduled that day to show congress their proof the election was stolen. Pelosi could not allow that so sent her goons into the protesters to kill people and turn it into a riot and use that as an excuse to cancel the hearings.

Pelosi should be charged with the murder of ashli.
