America for Sale: Fighting the New World Order, Surviving a Global Depression and Preserving U.S.A. Sovereignty is the focus of a new book by author Jerome R. Corsi. He blows the whistle on a movement to undercut the fundamental principals of a limited government that the founding father's fought for and died trying to establish.

This National Bestseller is designed to bring the far-flung facts about Communism into a single volume. It contains a distillation of more than one hundred books and treatises--many of them written by Communist authors. It attempts to present the Communist in his true native elements, stripped of propaganda and pretense. Hence, the title, "The Naked Communist."

First written during the Cold War era, Dr. Skousen's message really describes today's "progressive" agendas, philosophies and policies that are trying to re-shape both America and the worlds political future.

"Socialism" and "Communism" have the same goal: Total control of the nation's goods and services. The more controls, the fewer freedoms we enjoy.

Why don't you tell us all about the P.N.A.C.?

The Post-American World is a non-fiction book by Indian American journalist Fareed Zakaria. It was published in hardcover and audiobook formats in early May 2008 and became available in paperback in early May 2009. In the book, Zakaria argues that, thanks to the actions of the United States in spreading liberal democracy across the world, other countries are now competing with the US in terms of economic, industrial, and cultural power. While the US continues to dominate in terms of political-military power, other countries such as China and India are becoming global players in many fields.

*yawn*

Seems like pretty mild and obvious stuff.

Why don't you tell us all about the P.N.A.C.?
Because he would have to admit that the "New World Order" is prevalent in both major parties and can actually be found directly in many speeches from Presidents of both "sides"...

Looks more like a "One World Order".

It isn't a very good new world order if they can't even keep from putting hidden messages in their public speeches that only conservatives can interpret.

They aren't hidden they are directly stated in the speeches, it isn't a secret society or hidden away. The difference is many liberals think that it would be "good" to have such a thing.

Jerome Corsi is the author of the book that is the subject of the OP.
Again, what does that mean to the subject of the thread.

I can point out I would kick Harry Reid except in the instance it would save his life, but that wouldn't change any of what he said about something.

How typically Republican of you.
So, it is republican to point out that it is a logical fallacy to attempt to slay the messenger rather than to refute the message?

Okay. I'm good with that. Yeah, it is very republican to say that even people I don't like can be right sometimes.

For example: Shoot. I bet that Hitler believed the world was a planet that revolves around the sun, even bad people can sometimes be right. So, pointing out that I wouldn't pee on Hitler if he were on fire doesn't change that he may be right in some instances or refute the point of any conversation at all.

I guess since that is a typical republican trait, it is then typically liberal to ignore the point of a conversation, go after the messenger and then pretend you have made a point. Very nice of you to admit that for everybody to see.

Apparently, you don't understand what "slay the messenger" means. Corsi isn't a messenger in any sense of the word. A messenger merely passes along communications from a third-party. That's not what Corsi is doing.

Corsi is a lunatic and a liar. There is no reason whatsoever to take seriously anything he says. In a rational world, Corsi would be handing out pamphlets on street corners.

Again, logical fallacy.

If Corsi believes, and I'll bet he does, that 2+1=3, then he won't be wrong even if you keep calling him a liar.

You can either refute the point, attempt to continue using ad hominem and getting it thrown back in your face, or just stay out of the conversation if you have nothing to add. We get it, you don't like Corsi. I don't like cats. Now, back to the topic at hand.

I'm still happy that you understand that it is typically republican to understand fallacies in use and to point them out. The first step is understanding there is a problem, now you should go into a twelve step program.
