Asylum seekers must petition the courts, but they have to be on US soil. If you want the process changed, you need to get the law changed.

No I'd like to know what the actual procedure is and why it would not be okay for an agent to say no... I would like to hear the answer from an agent... if someone wants an answer about something specific happening in school these days you don't go to a website...you ask someone who's teaching... I'm very concerned about this migrant surge I'm really not sure why you don't seem to be but anyway thanks for the link... carry on...;)

If we would simply just fly a couple AC-130 gunships up and down the border the whole problem would go away. Wouldnt even have to use them offensively either,....the mere threat would be enuff. But noooooo...LOL For the record....NO, I would never actually want them used on people jumping the border.

No, you see it was MUCH COLDER in Washington, D.C., and these people had housing in Texas, did not in DC.
 
Something tells me that if 11 million people from one of the more right wing countries of Europe wanted to come flooding in to America seeking asylum the left would want no part of them and in fact would call for sealing the border tight. We all know this to be true. I kind of hope this happens some day as I just LOVE when political hypocrites expose themselves for all to see ;) :cool:
