1. Twitter is a private company; the first amendment does not apply. They could ban me tomorrow and there would be nothing anyone could do about it.

2. Twitter was weaponized to attack out country with lies about a stolen election. I'm glad they checked with the FBI on questionable crap from MAGA liars.

I understand the First Amendment in regards to private companies. However, when an arm of the Federal government uses a private company to restrict the speech of citizens, as in this scenario, it is then a First Amendment violation.
