The links and news articles point out that the judge(s) in this case see the merit which is why Dominion has been able to work themselves up to deposing Murdoch himself.

LOL -- great way to sum that up. Seems like a common defense tactic. It might work with a low-IQ liquor store robber, but probably not with a corporation when the plaintiff has reams of evidence otherwise.
