I'm guessing it's being held back until the trial. No doubt the dumbass's lawyer doesn't want his client beating the shit out of an old man to be on Youtube before a trial. LOL

I doubt Pelosi himself wants to be seen getting beaten, so his own lawyer would object based upon privacy rights.
