Senate approves historic legislation to protect same-sex marriages

Because, you fucking idiot, for the 1,000th time, the RepubliKKKans hijacked the Supreme Court.
so many demmycunts have no clue how SC appointments work.......they seem to think they are entitled to things they don't have the votes to earn.......that is really fucked up.....

It applies to gay marriage when hateful heteros and fake Christians all over the country decided that gay relationships are less than straight relationships.

the problem was never the relationship.......the problem was when you decided everyone else had to pay attention to you.......

First, I doubt a Nazi would go to a Jewish bakery, but if he came to my bakery, I’d bake his cake, but tell them the customization would be $500. If they still wanted the cake, I’d bake it smiling that I made a hefty profit.

discrimination among the lib'ruls.......was there anyone who didn't expect it?......

I would NEVER want my cake baked by someone who told me they objected to doing so. I would want someone who actually WANTED to bake my cake be the ones who did. Then again,...Im not an imbecile

Are you saying the Black people were imbecile?

The Supreme Court will hear a case next week about a graphic artist who does not want to design web sites for gay marriages. The CO law does not allow a person to refuse to sell a product it sells to the general public, but items which are "expressive" or artistic/creative give them more religious protection.

The Supreme Court has only one way to rule here. Slavery or forced servitude is unconstitutional. The Colorado law is unconstitutional. Colorado has no State religion or banning of religion in it's constitution.

Sometimes I wonder if the customer is trying to make an issue in the same way the baker is.

But...in some areas there aren't a lot of options for a high end cake. I remember one case where the baker did jobs for the gay couple in the past, but refused service just because it was now for their wedding.

It is the customer making the issue.

Yes, although that is too easy to catch. It is like a landlord who will not rent to blacks and they have a white couple apply for the same rental unit to see if they are accepted.
Are you ignoring credit checks? Criminal history checks? Yup.
The law probably needs to be established so all gay couples do not find their baker "too busy."'
Under what authority?

Whereas that is true about getting caught if you are monitored, I would assume anything for a wedding is easy to refuse. There is typically a deadline that can be used as an excuse.

The irony is always present whenever there are legal cases based on 'religious dogma'. Hobby Lobby is free to deny access to contraception, but their retirement plans invest in the same companies that make contraception devices.

Bakers cite 'sin' as the reason for refusal of service, but they repeatedly work for divorced people, felons, unmarried couples, etc..

I understand your point. Religious freedom does not require us to be consistent or even have religious views based on any particular doctrine. You may be the only person in the world whose religion requires you to worship chocolate.

The Masterpiece Cakeshop had previously sold numerous bakery items to the gay couple. It was only gay marriages they objected to.

Nazis aren’t a protected class, so refusing them service is allowed.

Protected classes for places of public accommodation are: race, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation (including transgender status), national origin/ancestry, creed, marital status, and retaliation.

Could Nazi beliefs be considered a creed?

Creed (def):
a set of fundamental beliefs
