You are certainly bitter and hostile. Civil rights are not enforced via poll but state laws passed by referendum can determine laws about abortion and marriage. Abortion is not a constitutional right so states can legislate. That is nothing new. Even under Roe a state could prohibit abortion the third trimester.

In case you forgot it is Republicans who want to prohibit abortion. You are making incorrect assumptions that I equivocate about abortion or that I am a Democrats.
