Sinister for sure, but it also means there are other crimes, that he was afraid he would get charged with it.

Not knowing something is classified is certainly a defense when the legal requirement is willfully retaining them. But the difference between Hillary and Trump is Hillary didn't retain any classified documents after being informed they were classified.

Having a private server in your server is not illegal. She did not delete emails (someone at the State Department did). It is not a crime to delete emails.

This is a very plausible opinion, also Trump could have converted these documents to cash seeing that his finances are on shaky ground he sure would have the incentive to do so.

This is a very good question, at one time Trump was talking about pardoning himself, so there maybe a good reason for him to consider doing this.

While it is possible that Trump sees value in the documents. It is also possible that Trump never got past the age of 3 and any toy he picks up is his just because it is in his hands. Part of his legal argument to Special Master Judge Dearie seems to be that he can declare something is his and not the government's just because he says so.
