There needs to be a special counsel appointed to investigate the Biden family dealings in Ukraine, China and other countries. There is substantial evidence, from documents and witness statements, that the Biden family, including President Joe Biden, may have been involved in criminal activity with foreign entities tied to Ukraine and China.

No there is no such thing. There is proof that Trump tried to get Ukraine to help him in his presidential race though.
