Teachers and professors (especially in state schools), have a job to do. Jobs have standards, rules and regulations. For teachers, besides the behavioral standards, there is the curriculum. If they do not want to teach the curriculum that conforms to the standards set by the state and local communities, they are free to seek work elsewhere. I'm a teacher, I am a subject matter specialist. I would LOVE to teach other stuff that I know a lot about, but that doesn't conform to the standards set by the state. I keep my mouth shut.

Hell yes, I'm cool with DeSantis.

Cool. Send your kids to school at twitter. Got to warn you though, twitter's "standards" probably do not include instilling discipline in young minds. At least, let's hope not because they are a private company.
