So if it's not necessary, then why is it in the bill?

There has been and currently IS a need because that's why the law was passed.

You just don't like being associated with the trash you support.

If the genital inspections are unnecessary and will never occur, then why are they in the bill as the sole way to resolve a dispute?

I've asked you over and over for a real life example and you have not been able to produce one. Boys have participated on girls teams and this is no longer allowed... so pretty much the law isn't necessary and if it's there it's not hurting anything.
As much as you might wish that it was it's not...

Unfortunately for you the bill states plainly that a genital inspection is required in order to resolve a dispute around a child's sex.

So why is that in the bill if it's not necessary?
