Democrats Stole Another Election

Child abuse.

I've given you the example: your daughter wants to play soccer, so she gives her birth certificate and physical to the team to clear her to play. Your daughter does so well at soccer that she makes enemies on the field...her opponents, her opponents' parents, her own jealous teammates. Or maybe she has nothing to do with it, and some spiteful person is harming your child in order to get to you. So your daughter has to submit to a genital inspection because the BC and physical she used to clear her to play are alleged to be forged and faked so that your daughter could dominate the sport.

That's why every single allegation will result in a genital inspection.

Sounds like a great way to discourage participation in sports. I would refuse to let any child of mine participate if such an inspection was a condition for him/her to play.

If inspections are unnecessary, then why are they in the bill?

DNA tests and birth certificates are not in the bill, but genital inspections are.

Why?

You will never, ever get a coherent response. Passive-aggressive attention whores are experts at this sort of thing.

It's just another way for Conservatives to dismantle public education for their own sick, perverted desires.

Truth is that you don't care about this at all.

You don't care about kids' sports.

All you care about is letting Conservative perverts strip kids naked for the pleasure of Roy Moore and Ted Cruz.

You don't even give a shit about transgenderism because you're fine with Rudy in a dress, Caitlyn in a skirt, and Jessica Watkins in a pony tail stealing Pelosi's laptop on 1/6.

No inspections are necessary... the majority of the real winners have been unofficially declared .. example? Emma Weyant... someday the records will officially be corrected... as a parent and a coach I care very much... the question remains why you are concerned...

I posted a real story...again, you refused to accept it because it undermines your entire argument.

But your argument is already undermined by your inability to answer why something unnecessary and needless made it into a bill that was signed into law.

You have never posted a real story ...only something that you made up

It's telling that rather than focus on *real* educational issues like poor scores in math and English, the Reichwingers instead are zeroed in on the horrors of telling kids about LGBTQ people and families, the fictitious CRT invented to make white kids cry, trans kids in sports, and those awful awful books that must be banned.

I did post a real story, you just didn't want to accept it because it ruins your entire argument and you don't want to concede that on JPP.

If the inspections are unnecessary, then why are they in the bill?

The reason they are banning books is so that kids can't recognize the abuse when it is perpetrated by the book banners themselves.

It's so sad that anyone would believe what you posted as real...

The bill is most definitely real, and it most definitely calls for genital inspections.

You said they wouldn't be necessary, so then why are they in the bill?

That part of the bill would never be necessary as you know a birth certificate or DNA test would suffice... or any number of different academic or athletic participation records.... you may relax now... no worries
.. this inspection that you mentioned is definitely not mandatory...

as you know a birth certificate or DNA test would suffice

No, they wouldn't suffice because they were used to clear the kid for the sport, and thus are the subject of the allegation.

Also, that shit isn't in the bill...which you would know if you read it.

It's never been used to clear a child for a sport.. there have been no real life allegations only the story that you made up and that certainly doesn't count...
