Because the accusation is that you and your doctor colluded to give your child an advantage in the sport, so the birth certificate and physical used to get your kid into the sport are what are challenged by the accusation.

Why would you want him to be using a girl's bathroom ? But the better question why would he want to? What a great example though
Why are you worried that it is? Especially when you know that it will never need to be used... if there is any question a birth certificate or DNA sample will suffice... but I'm guessing you can't find a single example where even that's been necessary... if you can let me know
