It is odd that in a county run by Republicans, the voting machines in the most Democratic areas start failing... I am not as certain as you are that it is cheating, but I am willing to admit who is in charge, which you are not.

What kind of machine fail rate would be "good" quality? Because this is infinitesimal. It doesn't even count as a fraction of a fraction of all the voting machines.
