First off, Hillary might say it, but never challenged it, plus, the Democrat Party didn’t support her claims nor still defend them today, not be same for the GOP

And Britain is Parliamentary, we have a Presidential form of government, big difference, those representatives in Parliament are allocated proportionally per population, not the same for the electoral college in the US, Wyoming and several other red States are given way too much weight given their population, it would be the same as metro Buffalo, NY have three electoral votes on its own
